一些有用的google adwords建议
It's a tricky situation when you are starting out with a small amount of capital. When researching a niche try and find as many long tail keywords as you can to bid on. In fact, I wouldn't even bid on the Most popular keywords for that niche because all that will do is delete your budget and the main keywords tend not to convert "as well" as the long tail keywords. Once you've found yourself a few thousand long tail keywords then this is what I would do:1. Separate the keywords into tightly focussed Adgroups (or orders) of similar words. That way you can build your ad around your keywords and likely get better ctr.
2. Create as many of these focussed groups of keywords as you can. If you can keeep the total number of keywords per group below 20 that is best.
3. Add as many negative keywords as you can possibly think of. Words that you don't want your ad showing up for. While doing keyword research try and look for words that you would never want to show up for. Examples like "free", "address", "contact number", etc...this will keep you from paying for junk clicks and will likely increase your ctr because your ad will be showing up for a more targetted audience as well.
4. Within your ad, put as many of the keywords within your ad that apply to that specific group of keywords. If your keywords are about apples, then put the word "apples" in your ad at least two times. Tell the potential customer about your apple deals...you have the best apples...free shipping for apples..and on and on. What will the customer get?
5. Turn off content network...for now.
6. With regards to bidding, when starting off, it is better to bid higher and establish a good ctr. It's no use to you if you show up on page 20 for these keywords, you have to be at least on page two at the top, or preferrably page one.
7. Once you establish a good ctr history your bids should gradually drop.
8. Have some sort of tracking on so you can see which keywords convert for you and which don't. Raise and drop bids accordingly, but make sure you have enough click data available to make wise decisions.
9. Check what Google thinks your recommended budget should be...set it at that, or higher. This will ensure that your ads show at all time. For the first few days, watch your campaign like a hawk to make sure your budget isn't getting depleted too fast.
There are many more things, but these are the main ones. Sometimes campaigns are just losers to begin with. There is a certain amount of risk with PPC, but to succeed you need to take on a certain amount of risk, but in a wise way. 学习
5. Turn off content network...for now
